Speculation and rumours have been on the horizon for months about the departure of zont1x with replacement of tN1R to Spirit and if the overall decision was right. A lot of speculation was that zont1x was to be benched due to his performance on the roster. However, zont1x himself has come out to raise awareness of his benching on the team.

zont1x revealed that it was himself that asked to be benched due to “personal reasons”. He however also suggests that he will be returning to competitive play in winter just in time for the Major. This, on one hand, is great for Spirit as zont1x as of recent has really stepped up his game. On the other hand, where does tN1R fit into this equation?
