The final day of Stage one here at the Budapest Major has come to an end. We see the final teams enter Stage 2 of the Major and see others sent packing early. Here is another breakdown of todays games at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025.

Fluxo vs FaZe:

Fluxo took on FaZe in their elimination match. FaZe were able to lead the series 1-0 after winning Inferno but Fluxo took Nuke away from FaZe. On the decider map, Fluxo went toe to toe with FaZe but they were unable to get over the line. FaZe have now secured their spot in Stage 2 of the Budapest Major. Fluxo are eliminated.

NRG vs Imperial:

NRG took on Imperial in their elimination match. Imperial were able to lead the series 1-0 after winning Nuke. They carried their dominance from that map onto Train where Imperial closed it out to eliminate NRG and secure Stage 2 for themselves.

Parivision vs Legacy:

The last game to decide who’s journey will end abruptly in Budapest was that between Parivision and Legacy. Parivision were able to take Ancient and take the lead 1-0 in the series. Legacy smashed back on Inferno bringing the series to the decider map Dust2. In a very very close battle, Parivision were able to claw back a winning streak to come back and bring the game to overtime. Unfortunately for Legacy, Parivision best them in Overtime to secure their spot in Stage 2 and eliminate Legacy from the tournament.
