Unfortunately Karrigan was unable to lead his team of stand-ins to the IEM Dallas Playoffs.

After their match-up against Heroic, FaZe were left packing their bags after being eliminated by the Danish organization. FaZe were defeated 2:1 in the series for playoff qualifications.

S1mple, being the greatest of all time, was held to high expectations. Unfortunately for the Ukrainian star, he went negative in all maps.

He had this to say on X after losing in the group stage:

S1mple has said that the CS competitive scene is “healing” him, so he is likely to return. The only question is, who is willing to pick him up?

Karrigan was also quick to come to S1mple’s defence having this to say on Instagram.

“I know this guy is not happy about his performance, but you are a fool if you think he doesn’t have it in him anymore. 12 days bootcamp incoming and I will do what I can to help him achieve great results.”
