iM Interview after devastating loss to Spirit – IEM Cologne 2025

You guys had a great start on Mirage. You were 7-1 up. Do you think that confidence came from yesterdays game?

I will say we just had a good gameplan overall on Mirage, we were 7-1? Yeah we chocked a bit. Yeah we had a good gameplan it worked but probably they knew how to counter us and we didn’t know how to adapt properly and that’s maybe how they came back on the t side.

Recently you guys have been struggling to get the last rounds. Do you think that’s just a mental thing?

I do not think it’s mental. I think it’s maybe us struggling to finish the rounds, I don’t know. Maybe nerves but mostly we try to play the same even though it’s 12 or even if it’s 1-0.

You must be really proud of making it this far in Cologne again , especially with Makazze with his first time on stage. You must be really proud of him.

I’m proud of him. He managed to play good, to communicate good. Cause it was his first tournament, his first big stage and you never know what happens if he’s going to be nervous or like that but I don’t feel like this so I think he did a good job.
