The semi-finals here in Cologne have come to a close leaving two teams to battle it out to determine who will lift the trophy for the first time here in the Lanxess. Here is a full rundown of the semi’s.

Spirit vs Na’Vi

Spirit took on a very strong and confident looking Na’Vi in their semi-final matchup. Na’Vi came out the gates strong and firing on all cylinders, getting a headstart of 7 rounds to 1 against Spirit. However, in typical Na’Vi fashion they struggled to keep the lead and ended up losing map one 13-11. Going into map two, Na’Vi showed us that they could provide again, getting a lead of 10-2 at the half. Again, Na’Vi started to throw some key rounds but were able to close it out in their favour 13-9. On the decider map, Ancient, Spirit blew Na’Vi out the water. donk clearly had enough and closed the game a quick 13-6, sending Spirit into the Grand Finals of IEM Cologne 2025.

Vitality vs MOUZ

In the second semi-final of the day, dominating team Vitality took on their rivalry team MOUZ. This was the 8th time both teams have been in a head to head in 2025. In a crazy turn of events, Vitality with FlameZ and Zywoo really struggled to find their form. MOUZ dominated Vitality in both games beating them 2:0 in the series and sending themselves into the Grand Final of IEM Cologne 2025 to face off against Spirit.
