The best of five Grand Final took place between two powerhouses of Counter-Strike, FURIA and Vitality. Both teams were set to battle it out in the best of five in-front of a sold out arena in the heart of Chengdu. Coming into this matchup, we expected a fair fight between the two sides with maps being claimed back and forth. However, Vitality were unable to stop the Brazilian momentum of FURIA who loomed over them swiftly beating the most dominating team of 2025 3-0 in the series.
Following their wins at FISSURE Playground 2 and Thunderpick World Championships, it was time for FURIA to prove their worth at a tournament where other top teams were participating. FURIA are cementing themselves as a force to be reckoned with within the Counter-Strike professional scene.
The young rookie was able to score a second MVP for himself, after getting his first at FISSURE Playground 2, paving the way to claim Rookie of the Year.
Will FURIA be able to carry this momentum forward going into the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 and secure a Major for the young rookie molodoy?
