GamerLegion vs TYLOO

GamerLegion took on TYLOO in their opening matchup of Fissure Playground 2. TYLOO left GamerLegion no breathing space, beating the side 13-3 and 13-4. GamerLegion have been playing well in recent tournaments against great teams but failed to match that here against the Asian squad. TYLOO won the series 2:0.

The MongolZ vs 3DMAX

The MongolZ were next to take on the French roster of 3DMAX. After losing their opening map a convincing 13-3, The MongolZ demonstrated that they could match 3DMAX’s firepower. They reversed the score on Ancient, winning that 13-4 in their favor. This left the decider of Nuke where 3DMAX were able to close the series out and beat the Mongolian side.

Falcons vs Virtus.Pro

Falcons vs Virtus.Pro was next on the agenda at Fissure. The Falcons did not mess about in this series, dominating VP a sensational 13-1 on Mirage and a swift 13-2 on Ancient, closing out the series in a convincing 2:0 fashion. Could this be a sign of Falcons synergy starting to shine through? Or is it just Virtus.Pro getting used to their roster and all the internal problems they are having right now affecting their game?

Aurora vs Astralis

Aurora took on the newly acquired Astralis with their returning star Magisk. In their opening game of Fissure, the new side looked strong on Nuke taking that victory for themselves. They were also able to take Aurora all the way to OT on Dust2 and head to the decider map on Overpass. Overpass, recently added to map pool rotation, is probably not a map that the organization of Astralis have had much time to practice with Magisk. Unfortunately for them they were beat 13-9 by the Turkish side who secure the series win for themselves.
