The quarter-finals of the Esports World Cup has concluded. We seen four teams battle it out to see who would be advancing to the semi-final of the EWC 2025. Here is another breakdown of the quarter-finals.

HEROIC vs Aurora

HEROIC took on Aurora in their quarter-final game to determine who would be leaving the tournament in the EWC 2025. HEROIC played well, however, they did come out and say that they did not really care about this tournament and were just happy to eliminate Spirit from the tournament. Aurora, played very well. After many rounds they were shouting and taunting HEROIC. They were playing good Counter-Strike, however the games were still very close for a team that supposedly not trying too hard. Aurora advance to the semi-finals and leave HEROIC packing.

Falcons vs MOUZ

Falcons took on MOUZ in their quarter-final game. Falcons were able to best MOUZ on map 1 of Ancient. MOUZ were able to bounce back and secure Inferno taking the series to the decider map of Nuke. In a very close battle, Falcons were able to best MOUZ after getting a lead over them going 7-0 up. MOUZ brought the game back to8-4 at the half and would not let Falcons close out easily. In the end, Falcons one a top site force buy leading to them winning and eliminating MOUZ from the EWC. Falcons now advance to the semi-final of the Esports World Cup 2025.
