BLAST Open London 2025 – Quarter-finals

The quarter-finals here in London conclude, we see two teams packing to head home and another two heading to the next stage of BLAST London 2025.

BLAST Open London 2025 Quarter-final

MOUZ vs M80

MOUZ took on NA side M80 in the first quarter-final game of the day. MOUZ were in for a hard win today as M80 came roaring out the gate full blaze. They were able to go shot for shot with the big guns of MOUZ. Unfortunatley with a back and forth game in Mirage for the NA side, they were unable to close it out allowing MOUZ to get that crucial one map lead over them. Going into map two of Dust2, M80 looked strong. They had a great gameplan and looked as if they had been prepping this map pick against MOUZ for months. They were playing off each other, flashing each other, trading and playing great Counter-Strike. They were able to bring the series back to 1-1 leaving it to the decider of Ancient. Going into Ancient, MOUZ looked hungry, M80 looked lost. MOUZ were able to stomp M80 a solid 13-3 on Ancient sending M80 back to NA and advancing themselves into the semi-final of London. They will now face Vitality once again.

FaZe vs G2 Esports

The next game to determine who would be swiftly exiting the tournament was between FaZe and G2. G2 dominated FaZe on map one. huNter-‘s calling and executes on B site were perfection. They out played FaZe in every aspect of the game. It looked as if their gameplan was to abuse the site where newcomer jcobbb was playing. They took Inferno a prompt 13-5. However, going into map two. FaZe did not allow G2 to win easily taking G2 to double OT. G2 were able to take that map and secure their slot in the semi-finals of BLAST London 2025. They now take on FURIA.
